Unfair player

Today my free company fell victim to a player who is abussing their privileges. They are joining various fcs and stealing what they can from company chests then leave. Keep your company safe make sure you have strict setting s. Lets stop this before they strike again.

To prevent that from happening in our FC, the new members have a rank with no privileges for about 2 weeks.
After that, their rank in increased as per our hierarchy.
The player also needs to be an active player.
For exemple if after two weeks we have not seen him a lot or if he does not try to chat with us, nothing is done to his rank.

The way I have set the company chest in my FC is as following:

Inventory 1: Everyone has access. Usually we keep Krakka roots and minions in there.

Inventory 2: People Who are Active get access. Things such as Draconian pots, raiding food and essentials are kept there.

Inventory 3: Only me and my second in command have access. We keep Airship components, Aetherial wheels and airship ventures spoils.

In our old FC (swapped to a 3man one now) we had new joiners may deposit on page 1 but cannot take. If they need something there are enough high ranks with access to pages. If they proven worth it (we tried to rank all 2-3 weeks) they got to next rank with full access page 1; next rank had access page 2 and highest rank had page 3 and crystals. Only FC lead and council had access to take gil for stuff for FC. We also had a special rank for a handful people that got action rights and gardening/airship were "ranks on demand".
Mostly took over the rights system to my new FC (except that my 2 "officers" have ALL rights possible like changing rank names and rights which we didnt have for council in old FC) in case we ever grow

With this issue goin around, I think my fc (EWV) will only accept apps from those who we know or through personal invite o3o. Even then, the first rank they land in has no permission lol.

The reason why it happened is because when i set up the ranks my alt players became the default one that the new members get put in to. When i added the player i was in the middle of a FATE so i couldnt move them to another rank. As soon as i was done i did. So in just that little bit of time they stole 4 mil gil nd a bunch of rare items then left.

Everyone another fc was hit today 17 mil stolen. Anyone who knows of this happening please report SE wont do anything about it unless more people report! Encourage everyone!

Greed xD.... The Market Board is flooded with greedy folks. You can also blame SE for changing how crafting/gathering works in 3.0... The fact is people want gil so they can afford those new glamour styles that cost anywhere from 8mil to 20 mil based on your server which is SE's fault due to how crappy the drop rates are for crafting materials and everything else that is associated with crafting and gathering.

I love crafting and gathering in 2.0 but I wont dare bother with 3.0 crafting. Its a snooze fest and at best is the worst idea SE came up with for the expansion. Common everyday mats take hours to gather. Common every day crafts take a huge amount of mats to just make 1 freaken item... its stupid, irrating and out right a slap to the face of every casual crafter out there.... so now instead of folks crafting/gathering stuff to sell they rather go to an FC and steal it.... That's just the way it is....

Yea its sad but don't get mad at them get mad at SE for creating a stupid system that enables bad behavior.
