The items I sell in small stacks (1-5) I normally just throw 4-5 listings of them up there. When they sell, I list more.
Listing a wide variety of items is a good way to make sure you sell steadily anyway.
I think the reasons why retainers are your market vehicle as opposed to just uploading the items yourself is for privacy reasons. If the item is crafted, you can usually see who made it at the bottom if you preview it.
This is the case even for food. So when you eat that pie, you're eating a little bit of me too.
How about that?
If I have 50+ of something I really can't be arsed to relist every few hours. I just put up the whole stack and make it cheaper than single items. It's faster and sure gil. Listing as singles takes longer.
Depends on the items tho. I will gladly Spend 1k for a single item than 900 a piece for 10.
