Okay it is working now, I do not know why the last two times of uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I am happy and thank you again for trying to help.

Hello, thank you for responding. It is on PC, the same PC and the same account. I removed the game from my computer and reinstalled it, and I did delete that folder.

Sounds like somehow the folder permissions got screwed up pretty definitely if deleting it fixed it. Kudos to worldofneil for catching it.
