I get the impression that Aether has a much healthier PvP community than Primal, and even then it depends on the individual world. Ultros and Behemoth seem to have a pretty decent PvP following, but the PvP scene on Diabolos is nearly non-existent. I only ever see one or two other people in the lists from my world across all 3 GC's.
