Not rude in and of itself. It's rude when you ask the person nicely to not do it, and they keep doing it.

Mostly its a SMN's garuda, but they almost always put it on obey and that's the end of it.

Other times its MCHists. Trying to do that knockback as the last move to kill a mob. They almost never ever kill it, and it just takes longer to kill.
