They should give out warnings first, roll back the account if they must; if the person continues to do it then suspend/ban him. Makes it fairer to the people who get false sentences so they can prove that they are innocent before SE declares that the innocent player's time and effort be wasted then run off with their money and do nothing to help.
I think most people would stop immediately if given a warning.
For the amount of bots still are still in N. Than, and for people getting false bans and can't defend themselves? SE needs to step it up. They keep pointing fingers at who to contact, rather than them working as a team to help players.
Also, I think the support team is ridiculously tied-up by the Terms of Service, leaving no freedom to actually inform players on how to help themselves. What's the point of Customer Support if all they say is "Please refer to the Terms of Service"?
