    This makes it very painful and helpless for affected players. I rlly urge SE to review this process so that players have proper feedback avenues.

    They should give out warnings first, roll back the account if they must; if the person continues to do it then suspend/ban him.     I think most people would stop immediately if given a warning.

    For the amount of bots still are still in N. Than, and for people getting false bans and can't defend themselves? SE needs to step it up. They keep pointing fingers at who to contact, rather than them working as a team to help players.

    Also, I think the support team is ridiculously tied-up by the Terms of Service, leaving no freedom to actually inform players on how to help themselves. What's the point of Customer Support if all they say is "Please refer to the Terms of Service"?

    Sorry to bump this thread a few months later

    This has just happened to me, I got the email this morning about having my account suspended for 72 hours. After speaking to Customer Service and then the GM's. I found it's via the STF.

    I've been accused of botting or cheating. I have no idea actually what I've been accused of doing because they will not give me that information, all I know is I did something supposedly using a third party tool on 19/12 which I'd love to know what since I was out most that day.

    Plus I wouldn't even know how to bot, never mind cheating and exactly what third party tool. I don't use any tools!

    Finding this information is near on impossible as you can't contact the STF. I've looked everywhere, you can report but nothing on responses.

    It's extremely upsetting especially when you feel like you haven't done anything wrong.
