There really does need to be a way for you to appeal instead of waiting for the suspension to lift, that's really not fair.

OP makes a tread explaining, if you had read it entirely, that improvements could be made to the anti-cheat system including being able to see why you were temporarily suspended and have the ability to defend those accusations prior to the suspension ending.
You read the first sentence and like a machine reply solely about how the anti-cheat system works and defend it without regard to the overall theme of his post. Kind of suspicious to me that you would not reply to what was presented in the OP in its entirety. Makes me wonder if a bot posted that using your account. Wonder if we should report your account for suspicious activity.
Then again I suppose the forum has policies that ensure "false positives are next to non-existent".
See how these things get started?
By the way "next to non-existent" doesn't mean never, it means that a possibility exists (though slim) that an error in the system may have occurred. And that is why I agree with the suggestions the OP made that you glossed over.
OP, please listen to others who have said get a token or the security app. Sorry this happened to you if in fact you did nothing wrong (and may have been hacked, etc.).

Not to detract from the conversation in any way, since I do think that you should be able to plead your case, but this is how the judicial system works in the US. It's a very different story in many other countries. Since SE is a Japanese company (with subsidiaries in the US, but the parent company is very much in Japan) they really don't have to and likely won't ascribe to the same concept of the judicial system that we do. I do sincerely hope the OP gets this worked out, but remember you're not dealing with US regulations or ideologies here. The inability to provide for ones defense is in violation of a very paramount individual right of due process that guides any system of objective justice IMO. Anyone accused of anything should be given the chance to both face their accuser (or mod) and make their case/refute with evidence/ or so on. The fact that this game lacks this is amazing to me and extremely unfriendly.

I just want to add this goes for any online game really. What I really hate is when you point out specific issues and proceed to dismantle any case they might have and show your are innocent they never give a human reply. Instead they copy and paste text saying something along the lines of "We reviewed this case and came to the conclusion that the proper punishment was used and no action will be taken". I HATE that. I am certain most people hate it also. Computerized responses tell me you don't care and did not read what I said.
Actually it is a human right to have due process before the law. It is internationally agreed upon that everyone is deemed innocent until proven guilty and people have the right to defend themselves. This is no different whether it be France, Italy, US, Brazil, China or Japan. Globalization has really made this the mainstream view. Not to detract from the conversation in any way, since I do think that you should be able to plead your case, but this is how the judicial system works in the US. Have you run any antivirus scans on your computer lately? Try multiple scanners and don't forget to include removable drives as well.
Not really sure if SE will care whether your account was misused by someone else but at least if you DO find something, you'd at least have a peace of mind about what likely happened.
Shortly after Alex came out I found myself paired with a tank who zipped around like the Flash on steroids for the entirety of the A4 run. I'm talking about going from main-tanking to rounding up all the orbs (even on the other side of the arena) and being back to tanking the boss in a 3 - 4 second window. Not exaggerating. It was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen and she openly abused it for the entire encounter. I even put a mark on her head so everyone would see how stupidly fast it was whipping around. Nobody seemed to really care, though - I think they just wanted the easy win.
Many rounds of banning later and her character is still around, so I don't have too much faith in the game's ability to detect cheating.
Seriously? Here is another reason why I'm giving up on Crafting/Gathering. If they ever slap a ban stamp on my account for any reason I will drop this game like a bad habit and play something else. This is simply unfair and totally wrong on so many levels. It seems like SE is taking the lazy way out to fix their systems... Seriously just look at all the RMT bots spamming gill Tells. Its been what 2 years now and we are still getting slapped in the face in all directions by Gil Spam.
END RANT
Seriously SE needs to fix this... I could understand if this kind of thing happens on a F2P but on a P2P? It's getting old. Makes me wonder if SE is the ones Doing all the Spam Tells and placing gathering bots all over the place.... it just doesn't add up.

Were numbers invented or discovered? How many Moogles does it take to make Kuponut rum? Answer: zero... They will give you a quest to make it.
To be fair, one of my friend has a terrible connection and his condition is how you described. But it last until he restarted his router, and it seemed to improve a bit.I found myself paired with a tank who zipped around like the Flash on steroids for the entirety of the A4 run.
