[MC/HC] [LFM] Tank(Pref. WAR) || Wekkly Clear A1-4 & 3.2 Progression

Hey~
We are looking to recruit a Warrior for our weekly AlexSavage clears
and of course Progression from there on out.
We are a group of friends, who have been playing the game for over 2 years already.
Even though we only assembled about 2.5 months ago we have been killing A4S for 5 weeks now.


What we care about:

Flexibility.

• Be able to raid 4 to 5 days a week for progression.
  tbh though we did more than that before we downed a4, as we all were highly motivated to kill it
• Our raid time starts from 6-7 ST ( EU time).
  Sometimes an hour earlier or later, depending on everybodys working schedule.
• No Raid logging,
  there is still much more we can do to grow as a Group and push us further.

Dedication

• KNOW YOUR JOB.
  Being able to anticipate the damage incoming and to react fast or adapt
• Be reliable in your Performance
• Your DPS is very important,
  but not as much as surviving & performing mechanics or an overall gain in Raid deeps.
• Be prepared and available to sell difficult content as soon as it's possible for us
  rn that's 7man A1-3
  

Teamplay.

• Respect the other Players
• We have a very good and open atmosphere in our Group and we want to maintain that;
• We expect all of our members to constantly improve with each encounter
  Be open to criticism, if necessary, and don't be shy to speak up if something is weighting you down
• Voice communication is very important to us. TS3 is a Must.
• Enjoy the game beyond Raids;
  Expert runs, Airship expeditions in 3.1 or even just leveling together

We expect you to have A3S downed,
why of course A4S exp, or a kill even, is preferred.
