dungeon loot timer needs halfed

Getting tired of going in Alex normal and nobody lots for 5 minutes. Been happening a lot and it's annoying. I know other ppl think the timer is too long as well.

My main problem with the timer is that if somebody goes offline without leaving (common folks) you can't kick them. It's really annoying.

I think the loot timer is fine as far as duration.
