How would you feel if they scrapped the current "classes"?

That should be easy they know the total SP/EXP you have accumulated as even on lodestone you can see this in your profile, so they obviously have a system to that keeps track of everyone's total amount. All they would have to do is make the changes and then let everyone assign their SP to the classes that they choose.

Maybe let them reassign the SP 3 times or only for the first week after the first time they do it so they can try the new redone class and see if they still like it, if not then they could put the SP into a different class.

What? Listen, I hardly think they are, or even would take it that far. If anything, they would simply redesign the abilities and traits. Why in the hell would they completely scrap the different classes already in the game?

As for that Conjurer problem. They could simply keep it Conjurer yet only give it Black Mage abilities and traits, and Thaumaturge the White Mage end of the spectrum.
