For me personally the finding people all the time is worse than the whole fight.
This is also an excuse people use in WoW and they have three difficulties with Mythic one week after the other and a story mode (LFR) but it's usually because people get stuck in progression or people aren't the number one dps they used to be.

If you had progress on a reasonable schedule then I'd bet your raiders would not leave. Currently you are hitting a brick wall and the less dedicated of you have just decided to give up rather than try and find a way to do it.

Your response is to essentially lower the recommended ilevel and nerf it that way making it easier for the people who left.

I stand by and you have proven my initial point.

PS, Coil was the first raid, maybe even the first raid for some players and they'll never get that feeling back, ever.
