I'm looking for more info on this as well, but the posts here aren't really helping me. Can I get something along these lines?

At this level fish here in this zone at (x,y). The collectable spawns at this time (insert time here) is called "name" at this location (x,y).

When you hit level (insert level here) go to this zone instead and fish up this.

Etc.
