Tried posting in the bug forums but it wouldn't let me. Can anyone direct me of where I need to post this or what to do?
1) My wife purchases a few small items from the Moogle Station and she didn't get some of the items she paid for. She contacted a GM 2 weeks ago and no response.
2) I purchased an account for her brother. I received the initial 5 gold chocobo feathers. her brother bought 3x60 Day Game Time cards and added them to his account. Shouldn't I get the rewards for the additional months he subscribed to with his game cards like the page said? I tried submitting a ticket through the webpage which gave me the usual auto-response..."contact a GM in-game". I did so....1-2 months ago several times....no response.
