    Refer A Friend Rewards?

    Tried posting in the bug forums but it wouldn't let me. Can anyone direct me of where I need to post this or what to do?

    1) My wife purchases a few small items from the Moogle Station and she didn't get some of the items she paid for. She contacted a GM 2 weeks ago and no response.

    2) I purchased an account for her brother. I received the initial 5 gold chocobo feathers. her brother bought 3x60 Day Game Time cards and added them to his account. Shouldn't I get the rewards for the additional months he subscribed to with his game cards like the page said? I tried submitting a ticket through the webpage which gave me the usual auto-response..."contact a GM in-game". I did so....1-2 months ago several times....no response.

    I think the friend has to get past the free trial phase before any rewards are sent out, but I am not sure as my friend did not buy his subscription as rapidly as your situation.

    1) Contact support - not a In game GM. Also check to see if you were even billed for them before you contact support.

    2) *nods* I think they need to come off trial before the additional gold feathers are sent.

    It should be off Trial already. He added the game-time cards on August 6. So it's been at least 30 days past the trial.

    Make sure your moogle mailbox isn't full. You won't receive any mail after 20 letters. Delete some old mail and check for new mail.

    Depending on the items and how they are obtained/consumed, your wife probably sent them to the wrong character, or hasn't checked their mailbox or redeemed the code that gets sent to your email, that you enter into mogstation, if she missed the purchase confirmation email then it probably got pushed into the spam folder and is now forever lost. You will probably need specialized support to verify that the validation/keys they sent you have not been consumed.

    You got the 5 gold chocobo feathers for the act of recruiting a friend, days subscribed dont reward additional gold feathers until 150 days subscribed hit. You can get up to a total of 25 gold feathers for just the act of recruiting, meaning you can recruit up to 5 different accounts and obtain 5 chocobo feathers for each.

    It's my understanding you can only enter a total of 120 days at a time when using prepaid cards.

    I've recruited 4 players and obtained everything there is to obtain from the rewards list. My other answers come from my understanding of complaints players have filed here on the forums and their subsequent replies from GM here on the forums.
