Name and shame is against the TOS, also I'm baffled as to why anyone would record High-level roulette. Do you get kicked often enough to document this?
Also, not to nitpick here but Ludacris is a rapper and ludicrous I believe is the word you were looing for. I'm sorry you encountered jerks, but you'll need to remove your vid before you get slapped with a temp ban.
Just report them and move on with life, MMO's will forever and always have people like this. It's sadly part of the community, the dirty underbelly that we'd like to pretend isn't there but there they are.
