Graphic Driver for W8(r) repeated crashing & massive graphic-related lag in Primal Fs

My computer generally has all of the required specs to function properly in terms of the game. However, I repeatedly get an error stating something about the graphic driver for Windows 8(r) crashing and restarting - which causes the screen to black out for a moment or two and come back to normal. This can get a little disconcerting when in the middle of a fight or dungeon.

I also suffer a massive amount of lag during the primal fights (i.e.: Garuda, Ifrit, Odin, etc). Fights that are massively affected by image-related attacks/bombardments. I put all of the settings as low as I can possibly go and run it either in borderless windowed or windowed mode. I will sometimes out and out freeze, and causes me to die which can cause issues within the party etc.

What on Earth is the problem? The hard-drive is more than large enough. I run on Windows 8. I believe the graphics card/drivers are more than sufficient. o.o

Need to know what your PC specs and resolution you are trying to play at are. (Ram, CPU, GPU, Power Supply)

Are you playing with a wired or wireless connection?

Without having the PC near me (I'm on my Mac right now), everything EXCEPT the graphics driver is either at or above the minimum requirements. What I have for the graphics driver is Intel HD Graphics. It's built into my Acer Aspire and from what Acer told me earlier my CPU cannot be upgraded in this capacity because the VGA stuff is built into the system overall and there is no place available to put a new VGA card in. So, I'm fairly well in trouble. The gaming experience is exceedingly lacking for me at this point. I'm level 58 almost 59 and the continual issues I have in boss/primal fights sort of takes me out of a lot of the HW end game content. I don't know what to do.

Well... it's what I got and am stuck with. Like I said the computer is not able to have the VGA card upgraded and I can't afford a PS4. I think I got the settings as low as I can go and it seems to be.... okay. Time will tell. Thanks for the responses.

Well, if you are able to find out your exact specs there still may be hope. Or even just your PC model number.

Some of the new iGPU built into the Haswell/Skylake Processors are actually quite decent, and could probably play @ 30 FPS on Standard settings as long as it's configured properly.

Also....is this an Acer Aspire Desktop or Laptop PC? I ask because any new system should have an available PCIe slot to put a graphics card in, even if you had to get a cheap one like GTX 750ti, it would serve you well.
