I feel the ranking system on free companies are ineffective at preventing people from hijacking free companies though I understand it could be partially fault of the owners who set ranks high enough to allow users to promote themselves.

Besides that I fail to see why users can promote themselves or others beyond their own ranks and boot people from the guild above their rank.

Can we change the ranking system to prevent people from promoting/demoting or booting people above their rank? It will make free company hierarchies a lot more safe for players.
