    I have been trying all my ways to deal with this company.
    they keep blocking my account and asking for a lot of thing. and i give them everything and still didn't unblock it from months.
    i wish if SE cancel the deal with them and give us more options.
    i cant stand this anymore.

    I let my C&B lapse a while ago with nothing in it so they couldn't charge me anything. Their Terms and Conditions are terrible; there must be better solutions that don't create high additional/cancellation charges to clients. I dearly hope SE finds another means of payment for when they go back to paid services.

    Click and Buy stated that where I live, doesn't exist... I just hung up the bloody phone and gave up right there. Why can't SE just use something simple and safe like paypal?

    Or their own damn payment service? every game i have played that needs you to pay for anything uses their own service, Aion, WoW, Forsaken World, Eden Eternal, League of Legends to name a few.

    There was a huge stink about this recently when XI accounts were asked to merge into a SE account. (And asked to setup a payment method using the current methods available for XIV) End result was a response stating they would implement better payment options in the future. While this was only stated for XI, I don't see why they would do all the work to add this new system in and not extend it to XIV as well when XIV will require some form of payment to play.

    that make me sick, i actually open first account with crysta .. later on i decide to have 2nd account. so i stuck with C&B, which i spend my last 2 month using every solution i got to fix things with them. and its not working.

    They really have to do something with this company, they make me sick seriously. after i send document to unblock my account "because they dont help by emails or anything else". and told me i have to wait another 2 week to finish the documents because they send it somewhere bla bla bla. I JUST HATE IT !
