Still stuck on Lord Errant

It's been almost a month since I got error'd during the main scenario quest 'Lord Errant' and I still have no idea how to get out of this little jam.

I've sent in error reports and even made some here in the bug forum, but it doesn't seem like I'm getting any help from any GM/Mod/Dev any time soon.

"You are soon spotted by Amalj'aa guards and carried off to a cell where Khela and several other prisoners are held. Speak with them to learn more of where you are and what the beastmen intend to do with you.

Up to two party members may accompany you."

This is what the journal says, as well as a screenshot of where the journal points me toward. I've tried running around and finding an entrance, but I can't seem to get to the quest NPCs no matter what I do. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution for it?

Why not abandon the quest and retry from the beginning?

You can't abandon main scenario quests.

is the entrance via burnt lizard creek? then head north

Ah yes I remember this one.
Theres an instance that drags you into a fight.. You challenge the crew to that mini game or kill them.
Depending on how well you go the monsters attack.
When you first go there you get a custscene at x39,y38 and that drags you into the fight.
The next time you go you need to go into a tunnel, like an underground passageway that starts at x36/37,y39
A fair way into it and you get dragged back into the fight.

You have to go north from Broken Water past those narrow passageways.
Enter the open area and hug the walls near the area you will find it there
