    Beckon of the Elementals

    Was looking for some help on the Quest "Beckon of the Elementals". I died on the spirit and I want to try it again but I don't know where to activate the quest again. The map shows that i need to talk to O-App-Pesi but when I go to where is listed to be on the map he is not there. Is there a cool down time on when I can try the quest again or is there somewhere else I am suppose to go to activate it again? I tried to abandon an try again but this quest doesn't have that option.

    Its there you just need to stand on the right spot to activate it.
    Just keep running around where the ??? is on the map and it should trigger

    talk to the npc in the archers guild. the issue im having is being able to beat the elemental it seems to change form before i even have the chance to talk to opii and im lvl 22 lancer and im having issues still any suggestions
