    Feedback/bugs

    So im pretty new in this game (around 130hrs atm) but there is already few thing i would like to suggest.

    Nameplates:
    1) Missing option: Disable in combat - Since i play healer i dont care whos name is there just wanna look at health bars (not just watch 24/7 party frame) and it will clear the your screen of unnecessary things.
    This could be as 2nd setting. 1st will be out of combat where u can set what u wanna see out of combat and 2nd in combat where u set what u wanna see again. F.E. Out of combat i wanna see nameplates but not in combat.
    2) Bug - Minions nameplates cannot be disabled, only option to do this is when u select default scheme "hide" and manually turn on everything other than minions
    3*) Nameplate debuff indicator. I would suggest something like 2nd outline that indicate debuff on target.

    HUD: (some of us like to play with the UIs)
    1) I would suggest more frames:
    a) Separate buff and debuffs.
    b) Add companion level bar.
    2) Better party frame. My eyes arent so good and i like big health bar, something like wow xperl addon just big bar with number inside.
    3*) Separate buffs and debuffs in party, also option to change position independently on party frame.
    4) Separate HP, MP, TP bars.
    5) Separate gauge meter 1, 2, 3

    Locations:
    1) Some locations have invisible wall that arent necessary. F.E. Aleport left side of the city when u try to jump to lower part you cant coz of invisible walls.

    Floating text:
    1) Allow us to re position it
    2) Allow us to change colors


    Buffs/Debuffs:
    OFC as advanced option.
    For every option with * separate (nameplates 3 and hud 3) - let us select which buff and debuffs will shown on our frames. I dont need to know every1 have protect since im in raid group and every1 is buffed before start of the fight. I dont need to see is some1 turn on some stance that doesnt bother me.

    What we are missing:
    1) We are missing damage/heal meter - we need it to tweak our eq. This feature is already as 3rd party program and some people are using it. I dont since its not allowed but this way i would like to see some in game. The game is about competition i wanna see that ive improved or that i sucked.
    2) stats in %. I know that i have 350 crit chance. But how much it is in % ? i dont wanna count it i just wanna see 5%? 10%? 75%? its not hard.

    Chocobo:
    1) When u summon chocobo u are unable to join duty: leveling, etc, because chocobo is count as party member. Change chocobo to summon so we are able to que. Chocobo should be dismissed upon joining and called back automatically when u finish.
    Extra:
    1) I would really like to random text macro. I greet every1 with some funny text but i would like to see macro where u can set f.e. 10 text messages and they will randomly pop one of them when u press macro. So this way i dont need to crate 10 greeting macros or write it every time by myself

    Weapons/Materia:
    1) Add weapons with aspect damage
    2) Add extra slot for specific materias that add aspect damage - fire, aero, etc. (including visual effect)

    Welcome to Eorzea! You can get around the '1000 character per post' limit by simply going back and editing your first post - it also means you don't end up wasting your posts for that day.

    Most of your feedback has been asked by other players in the past and the development team is usually either silent on the issue, or have stated that they have no plans to implement it/can't implement due to technical reasons.

    Especially your final two ideas about giving elemental aspects to weapons and armour. Yoshi has stated that the elemental wheel is dead in the game and that they feel it would just unnecessarily complicate the game - leading to class favouritism and bias, something they're trying to avoid. So although it seems odd, elemental bonuses and damage is gone and never coming back I'm afraid.

    So basically they done FF game without most of FF aspects ? its like wow in space.... and class favoritism is not possible if your char can have all classes so this is pretty poor excuse. Even now if people wanna strong healer they take WHM so there is no difference.
    If SE start to removing things that makes FF a lot of people will stop playing it. This is 1st FF where is no aspect damage and u have a lot of series. In every FF you have aspect weakness/absorb and again its missing here. There is plenty of option to implement it they are just lazy to think it through. IF you remember old wow, or similar game (i played mostly wow so i use it to compare) you had frost bosses with high frost resistance and frost damage, you could reduce it by frost resist armor and different type of attacks.
    On the other hand if they add slot for +3 raw damage by materia thats not game breaking.

    Didnt know about that edit trick will keep in mind

    I knew that at lease 80% of my feedback was posted before, even through i didnt search it, but i posted it to show SE that we really want something.

    Not all that poor of an excuse for the elemental wheel. While you can play all classes on one character, you cannot max gear on all classes. The current way gear is handled, you pick a class to "main" and max gear on that. If you get to far into gearing and realize a different class is preferred, you are behind in gear and have to play catch up.

    There always will be preferred class even if you have 2 of each coz one is better than other.
    Its like you will build your group now from DRK coz they are best tanks ATM, WHM coz they are best healers ATM, BLM coz they are best dmgers ATM.
