Sorry but learn to play.
There are plenty of videos which are showing that the castbar is not avoiding movement AND that it is not a dmg reduce.
And on top of that: You can still spam skills as the casting is way lower then the reactivation of a skill.

So the feeling is still the same!
Skills: Pressbutton - Wait for reactivation - Pressbutton
Movement: Oh Aoe! I need to move - stay still - Oh Aoe! I need to move

It just make me laugh very hard to read a bard complaining about a thing which is not effecting him and plenty of users also shown this in videos....
