So I just hit 58 dragoon and unlocked wheeling thrust and I just don't understand the point of it?

It's the same thing as fang and claw but you have to do it from the rear. So basically you're just losing your 100% chance of knowing where you need to strike next for a 50/50 chance of knowing... For no extra benefit?

Is there some hidden buff I'm missing? Cause this just seems like a nerf to me. I could understand if wheeling thrust was stronger or if it extended BotD longer than fang and claw does so then it would be a chance to get a stronger move than fang and claw in exchange for not knowing where you need to strike from, but it doesn't, so it's useless.
