Those addresses at ARR Status aren't entirely accurate. Some of the ones listed aren't even servicing a world atm. SE has re-assigned them several times since that site went up, and each world can be served on multiple IP's (we've seen up to 3 reported for the same world in some threads). Since they split us off the the lobby servers at launch, my client has used 4 different addresses (.25, .28,.31, and .30, which I've had since the last revamp in the spring).

If you want to test things to the address you actually use you can get it by running netstat or Resource Monitor (resmon from search/run box) once you have logged fully into the game.
