Those pesky freaking spreadsheets! Good catch; I'm glad so many of the [en]s get reported. Just for fun, I'll throw out a crash course, for those unfamiliar with why this happens, on why it's important to let the Devs know about these.
When I was in Beta and still way too excited for this game to come out, I used to watch the development of the DATs really closely (there's a statute of limitations on such admissions, yeah?) and once development on something had begun for one language, the file went into the game (inactive) with a bunch of placeholders for the languages it hadn't been localized for yet.
So you'd see some kanji in one area, but then you'd see [fr] [de] and [en] in the other cells, just waiting to get filled in. It looks like, every now and then, one of these just ends up slipping through the cracks, not saving properly, rolling back, etc. From what I understand, when it all comes together in a cutscene it plugs in that empty value.
You wouldn't let pieces of the game fall off into nonexistent oblivion, would you? THIS ISN'T PROMYVION.
Keep an eye out, like Lienn here. (/cheer <Lienn>)
