Possibility of a new server?

Servers that used to be new (Like my server, Jenova, which came with PS4 launch) used to have transfers into them blocked when they were new.

If/when they do release new servers, they'll likely put a block on transfers into them for a while too.

Yes, that would seem to make sense. Here's to hoping something like this happens!
