Yeah Yellow moon etc having such a tiny pool of cards that are absolutely bonanzas and tataru etc... Its silly.I'm only missing 3 cards so I may be a bit biased. The frutration I see with the new npcs is the random rule and their small card pool, if their card pool was doubled it would be a bit more bareable.
Payouts seemed in line with 3* 2.55 cards across the board, sure there were a few that would take a hundred wins to get. Most of the npc cards were gotten under 50 wins though. Your win rate is going to be much lower on average when you cant pick your cards so that adds to play count also.
Most of the random npcs are beatable by flip baiting also due to the content and design of their decks. I do not off hand remember all the strats but for instance tataru with arguably the hardest deck to beat in 3.0 can be beaten 40% with a 1-2* deck playing a zigzag bottom left to top right.
Bismark has been the biggest stumbling block in my experience.
