Fix to TT

Higher Difficulty should equal higher drop rates.
Lower difficulty should be lower drop rates.

Rather simple when you consider it that way.

High Difficulty with Low Drop rates = Frustation

i can get behind that set up. some really are fusterating to even play with going 9 matches straight either losing or tie and only 1-2 wins before going back to the 10+ tie/lose again matches.
