    Mobs and Materials: Can we please have a better balance?

    I am actually enjoying this patch, and I think the game is heading in a very good direction… though I do have a few questions and comments.

    I understand a lot of materials were removed and that in some ways Karakul Fleece is one of the big item at the moment. I don’t mind the drop rate at all… by why SE… why only one bunch of them in one area?

    Everyone wants to farm them… When I went to farm the first time I tried to be polite. There was a group near the top of the area and two people in the middle so I went low to a little corner where 4-5 of them popped and just stayed within that area… I had two groups come and camp on top of me and kill everything (seeing I was solo) and I was basically forced out because I couldn’t keep up. I didn’t say anything because I knew it wouldn’t do any good so I just left and went back another time with a friend who helped me.

    If you are going to make one item a big part of a lot of recipes why is there only one spot of like 20 that pop? I would really like it of you spread multiple groups of the sheep in all parts of the zone. I don’t care if you keep the drop rate low, but when you have people telling you to bugger off and getting pissed because they need the same material as you and feel they have more of a right to it, it makes for a bad feeling within the community.

    The mobs don’t belong to one person alone, but with only one real area, (and so many people needing new gear because of what you did with the patch) people are getting rude and defensive.

    From what I understand this is happening with the boar leather as well as a few other highly needed materials, one or two spawn spots and people fighting over everything.

    Please consider adding more bunches of mobs that drop highly needed materials and spread them out throughout the area.

    Example:: Maybe five or six clusters of maybe twenty or thirty sheep spread out in different areas of the zone instead of just that one spot?

    I don’t mind farming the materials I need, actually I prefer to farm what I need since I love crafting, and I always have, but do you really want your players fighting over items this much?

    I might be alone in this opinion, and I thank you very much if someone happens to read this and pass it on to the Dev team.

    I agree. I am for making the fleece rare but putting only 1 camp when there are areas filled with ridiculous level mobs no one in the game fights? I don't see any reason for this.

    Agreed... I don't mind if it's rare, but only one camp for the whole server? >.>;
