Can you have both an FC room and a Private House?

yes you can have both a private room in an FC and a private house - I'm not sure about the private room and leaving an FC, however.

Yeah you can have both. As for what happens if you leave an FC.... idk.

I'd imagine you would have to remove your stuff first. But you can get removed from an FC, i assume your furniture wouldn't just disappear into thin air.

u ban have boths but if u leave/kiked fc u lose room and stuff to the npc that hold it

If you have a private room in your FC, you have to empty it before you leave. If you get kicked out of the FC, everything in your room is stored at the housing npc (except for items that explicitly say they can't be regained once placed)

Also, you can also have multiple private houses, one in each city in fact. I've only seen one player with 2 private houses though.

But each character can have only one Personal House.
Simply, the system doesn't allow you to buy the 2nd plot of land.

Not entirely true. An FC Master can technically own two, that being His Free Company's and His own Privet House, but other than that only one Privet House is permitted per character.
