HOW TO ENTER
ENTRANTS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE FINAL FANTASY XIV SERVICE ACCOUNT AND BE PRESENT IN A DUTY COMMENCED LIVE STREAM (AT HTTPS://WWW.TWITCH.TV/FINALFANTASYXIV OR HTTPS://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/@FFXIV) TO ENTER.

DURING THE LIVE STREAM, COMMUNITY TEAM MEMBERS WILL ANNOUNCE ONE OR MORE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIODS. EACH ENTRY PERIOD WILL LAST FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO MINUTES. ELIGIBLE VIEWERS OF THE LIVE STREAM WHO FILL OUT THE REQUISITE FORM DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENTERED INTO A PRIZE DRAWING.

AFTER EACH ENTRY PERIOD, THE SQUARE ENIX COMMUNITY TEAM WILL SELECT A NUMBER OF WINNERS AT RANDOM FROM AMONGST THE ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS WHO FILLED OUT THE GIVEN FORM. EACH WINNER SHALL RECEIVE A PRIZE.

SQUARE ENIX WILL CONTACT EACH WINNER AFTER THE DUTY COMMENCED LIVE STREAMS VIA EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE REGISTERED FINAL FANTASY XIV SERVICE ACCOUNT.

FINAL FANTASY™ XIV: ONLINE DUTY COMMENCED SWEEPSTAKES (THE “PROMOTION”) RULES

KEY RULES
  1. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence.   2. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
    1. The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
    2. Canada (excluding Quebec).
  3. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

  4. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 1 January 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and 31 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

  5. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
    1. Have or register for a Twitch account or YouTube account (accounts are available for free)
    2. During the Entry Period, Sponsor shall host one or more live streams on Twitch, at https://www.twitch.tv/FINALFANTASYXIV, and YouTube, at https://youtube.com/@ffxiv, titled Duty Commenced (each, a “Live Stream”). Sponsor will publicly announce the specific date and time for each Live Stream in advance. Sponsor reserves the right to not hold a particular Live Stream, or to change the date or time of a particular Live Stream, at any time for any reason or for no reason.
    3. During the Live Streams, Sponsor may announce one or more promotion periods (each, a “Promotion Period”).
    4. To enter the Promotion, you must be present in the Live Stream and fill out a form given via a URL identified by Sponsor during the Live Stream (an “Entry”) from the Live Stream chat window(s) within approximately two (2) minutes after Sponsor announces the start of the Promotion Period.
  6. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

    For each Promotion Period, Sponsor shall select one (1) or more (depending on the number of prizes available) winners through a random drawing from among all entries

  8. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winners via the email address connected to the FINAL FANTASY XIV service account in no event more than one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period. Players who do not win will not be contacted.

  9. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
