Couldn't teleport into Gridania

Hello! I have an issue where I can't teleport into Gridania, but it drains my anima at each attempt. I was standing right outside Gridania when I attempted to teleport, but went nowhere. (I know I know, I should be ashamed at my lazyness, but figured what the hey).

ISP: Brighthouse
Type of Internet Connection: Wifi
Internet Connection Speed: 54 mbps
Date & Time: 10/9/2011 10:30pm EST

Area and Coordinates: 29, 27 Black Shroud

Steps:
1. Arrived outside of Gridania
2. Attempted to teleport to Gridania Aetheryte. Log says I'm teleporting, but I go nowhere and lost 2 Anima. I try it again, same thing.
3. Sucked it up and walked into Gridania.
