Also stuck after creating Materia

Steps:
1. Created four materia in a row from Dated Bone Ring.
2. Fourth materia created Strength Materia I.
3. "Materia conversion successful!" window cannot be closed or moved.
4. No in game menus would work by mouse or hotkey. Had to close the game client to exit the game.
5. Second occurrence happened with one materia created, Bloodthurst I by Dated Bone Armilla at Camp Black Brush. No menus worked. Had to CTRL-ALT-DELETE to close game client to exit the game.

This happens to me as well on Windows XP. I need to quit game and restart, login back. Then I make materia, two and it happen again.
