Im from Australia and currently im in Phoenix EU server, as i notice the upcoming EU server is going to happen on October. Now my question here is which server is the top for OCENIA players? I wanted to go Thornberry but its always full so i cannot create character!!!

So please let me know the next populated OCEANIA server

As I understand it server transfers aren't affected by population/character creation restrictions, so you can transfer onto a "full" server. If that's the case, just wait for the move and transfer off to Tonberry.

I have been trying to make a character on Tonberry for a while, and finally I managed to do it on Monday 12.40 am (GMT+3). Maybe it would work for you around that time too.

Only one I've heard of with a decent English speaking SEA-region population is Tonberry. Just try to get in during the off hours, or near the start/end of maintenance, or as others suggested, via transfer...

You can try a character transfer. I hear they bypass the lockout on full servers.

I can confirm this, I had my alt transferred to Chocobo the other day, less than a minute to process.

Transfered twice here, even if the world is locked, you can transfer no problem in 1 minute as stated above.

come to Tonberry, we have a healthy english speaking community.
why make a new character though?
isn't SE offering a free transfer to get out from EU servers?
or are those only for moving to NA servers?
if you still want to make a new character though, try making one when the time in Japan is midnight to early morning.
Or try making one when 5-10 minutes before maintenance starts. Save your appearance data so you can make it faster.

I've heard it both ways.
That they bypass and that they don't
I hear more successful transfers than not though.

Yes me and my wife will be transferring to Tonberry but before that i just want to see the % of population of SEA players since the server im in timezone has always been an issue.

I will apply to transfer world soon with my wife just got to sort out the money issue and etc.
Hope i can get transfer soon, cause i heard tonberry might not accept it
