is pvp difficult?

Leveling up in PVP goes by fairly quick at first anyhow, and i much prefer doing it over Expert roulette for seals now. Just so utterly tired of neverreap.
It all comes down to the group actually working together and the person calling out locations.
Also to note and i might be wrong but think you need to be like level 40 or something in PVP for the level 100 or 110 gear, even if it is just glam
