Actually there are shitty "leaders" out there so its not always good to listen them, map should be open 24/7(i actually look map more than field itself)and keep eye on the score. Those alone will give you all info you need like where to go and who to attack.

I doubt that a new person know where to go even if he have the map open 24/7 xD

Well yeah for first timer maybe but it shouldnt take more than match or two to remember all spawn points and get general idea how that mode works, afterall its pretty simple yet it seems too hard for so many(hurrdurr go mid to do useless push and achive nothing in the end while ignoring all other free caps! 2015whocaresaboutobjectiveswhenyoucanjustkill#0/800).
