    debating selling fc w/ house.

    I'm currently in a FC with only myself and my wife and am not really desiring bothering with recruiting again. Currently it's Rank8 with 2 airships. lvl 50 and something around 35 on the second one. I'm not 100% sure I wanna give it up but it's in consideration, anyone have any idea what a fair price would be for this? And I know fair is subjective..

    Price is currently {Impossible to Gauge} as we don't know the Zone, Ward, Plot, or size of house you are selling. Other factors include furnishings (Regal Letter Boxes cost like 13mil to make), total number of FC points, and which Airship frames you currently own (Tatanora costs like 6mil to make on its own.)

    The generic price for Medium plots is 50mil when you go to purchase them from a Placard on Excalibur. If you were in Ward 1, Plot 11 on Lavender beds. With 20mil worth of furnishing, 500k FC points, every airship frame, and the fact there are currently 0 plots on Excalibur... you could easily get 100mil from a prospective buyer. If you're in The Goblet, Ward 77, Plot 86, with no furnishings, 50k FC points, and a Bronco airship even 50mil may be a tough sell.
