Steps:
1. I attempted to summon my retainer named Venn' at the summoning bell
2. The dialogue box disappeared and the game seemed to almost summon the retainer before promptly crashing
3. There was no error pop-up, just that the program had stopped working and needed to close
4. Reattempted after logging back in to the same result both with that retainer and my other retainer
5. Released both retainers and remade them
6. The game crashed again when summoning the newly-made retainers
