    Second Wind II

    Has anybody noticed what affects the potency? I was doing 713-738 before. All of the sudden I'm doing 807-819 and didn't change anything =x I was just wondering what other numbers were.

    ive noticed a big boost in mind as i have no gear that adds it i figured that the attributes were slightly altered after that last patch. any one else notice this?

    Oh I meant between 1.19 and 1.19a my Second Wind went up basically 100HP. I'm not complaining about it haha... I'm just wondering if:

    1.) That 810ish HP Recover range is normal.
    2.) If there's a way to increase it (other than the obvious Prime Conditioning).

    Well, they fixed Prime Conditioning, which apparently wasn't working. That could be it.
