Roulette was largely implemented to get players running through old content to keep them populated so new players are able to run dungeons for story, or leveling, without having a 10 year queue. Being able to queue as a premade defeats the purpose.

While I understand that, I still don't see why we can't at least queue for leveling or trial with at least 1 or 2 friends. Trial has at least 7 open slots, you mean to tell me that we can take a couple of friends to do it? Same with leveling. I have a friend who is trying to level their WAR and I'm leveling my Arcanist, my friend is new to tanking so he's somewhat uncomfortable going with random people because unfortunately there are people out there who will bash people for being new to a class and still learning how to play it.
Besides, you can go with a premade party on Hard Roulette, which includes old content most of the time. So isn't that defeating the purpose for those out there who are new trying to do the dungeons in that roulette?
Honestly players don't even go to the Leveling roulette anymore unless they are obviously leveling a new character. There really is no point in high level character doing low level, unless they need like...what...5 eso tomes to cap maybe? As a lvl 60 DRK, MCH, and WHM...I don't do leveling roulette as my high classes. The only reason why someone of high level would run a low level dungeon would most likely be to help a new player in their FC or friend list pass it. Again though, that might just be 1 friend doing it, not even a full party.
In my option Leveling should allow 1 person to go with you in a premade party, while Trial can be up to 4 because you need a full party to do it.
