    Redemption of Prize for Today's Duty Commenced Give-Away

    Hello,

    So I received an e-mail via twitch from FFXIV stating I need to accept giveaway rules to receive details on how to redeem. I try to respond to the FFXIV twitch account in agreeance to the rules but states that "won't receive messages from people they do not follow." Please let me know how to send message agreeing to rules and move forward with obtaining prize. Thank you.

    Yeah, I'm also having the same issue. Easy fix is they just follow the winner's channels temporarily and resend messages or something to keep it valid.

    Edit:Issue was resolved for me, was able to finally reply. Good luck to the other winners.
