    Here, in the meantime, have this sheet of raw data from the form in the OP: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
    I also forgot to add that I found all of the floors yesterday and put them into my sheet xD
    The floor is the absolute lowest appraisal you can get (80) and adding 1 perception to the perception that correlates to the floor value nets an 83 on methodical appraisal. (e.g. 594 perception = 80 methodical on 1-star; 595 = 83 methodical)
    I happened to calculate it out first to see if my hypothesis followed -- apparently it's exactly a 101 perception difference for every item, what this means is that you can get values for level 56 items, and then add the difference in perception between that item and the target item to find out how much perception you need for a particular rotation.

    Here are the effective perception ranges (values of perception that will actually have any effect on your appraisals) for the level 56, 58, 60, and lv60 1-star items:
    level 56: 438p (floor) -> 539p (ceiling)
    level 58: 462p (floor) -> 563p (ceiling)
    level 60: 484p (floor) -> 585p (ceiling)
    60 1-star: 594p (floor) -> 695p (ceiling)

    How you can use this information:
    Say for instance that you have a particular rotation you use for level 56 items. To get the exact same results on a level 60 1-star item, you would effectively need 156 more perception than you have now (assuming you aren't past the cap).
    Have a rotation for level 60 items, but want to use it on 1-star folklore? you would need 110 more perception. (if you have 538 perception and swing for 100 on methodical for lv60; add 110, and you get 648 perception needed to swing a 100 for methodical on a 1-star item)

    EDIT: oh yea, I also got these for you:

    I made a chart of expected methodical appraisal values based on item level and perception based off of my data that I collected for level 56 items, the ceiling and floor for each item level, and some various other data points that seemed to fit this scheme. The only thing that remains is to try and test them, and I should probably also work on level 59 items as well (morel/cuprite)
