BRD/MCH Looking for skilled AS4 group that needs a permanent rep

I’m looking for an Alexander Savage group that is currently either working on already, or just recently begun working on Floor 4 (I don’t mean to sound unappreciative, but please no offers from A1/A2 groups or fresh A3 groups, I've put in a lot of work on them already and can't stomach doing it again). I would like to find a group of like-minded (in regards to progression) and like-skilled players. I am not in a rush and am willing to wait if a replacement wont be needed for a few lockouts.

I have both BRD and MCH and can play them equally as well, however my MCH has as of this week only begun getting my ESO tomes, meaning my BRD has more left side gear. If the group composition or floor/turn/fight favors the use of either I can and will play whichever is best for the group. I also will and do keep up to date on both gear and practice/theory crafting for both jobs.

I’ve been in one group since the launch of 2.0 and due to fatigue from some members and a lack of enjoyment with 3.0 progression raids some decided to slow down or quit altogether. Due to this I am trying to find a like-skilled (compared to myself) group to try and push content with. My schedule is flexible given times are not extremely early, or extremely late.

In response to a few common questions I received...

1.) I am a loyal person, and while my group was not focused on the kind of min/maxing skill focus on my job mentality I enjoyed their company and beating content with them even though it might not have been at a breakneck speed. That being said with their growing discontent with the content in 3.0 I have been anxious to really push the content that I know I can do and do well. I did not quit or dump my group, it was more of a dissolving of the core group and it's ability and motivation to continue raiding at this point that has led me to now want to focus on my skills as a player.

2.) Given the same group and same gear I believe I can match any Bard in the game or server, I am not inflating my abilities as a player, I am more than willing to showcase this for any serious groups interested. I am better than a vast majority of players that do out gear me. I will work just as hard as the rest of the group if not harder, strategical aspects of approaching the raid battles is part of the fun for me.

3.) I'm open to criticism and don't take things personally. I have a good sense of humor and try to enjoy the raid with my teammates as well as take it seriously. Gear is a bonus but I'm not deeply invested in having to have the items, I'm more focused on completing the fights, I've never had an issue with gear.

If you have a spot I think it's sincerely your loss if you don't consider giving me a shot, I wish everyone looking for a group the best of luck as well as the groups needing players.

Hey, I know you said you weren't interested in transfer, but what if it was paid for? A4s static on Hyperion, let me know if you're interested ^^
