Cancel buff macro

We understand that it can be difficult to remove buffs when playing on a gamepad, so we're currently looking into implementing a text command that can be used to remove specific buffs.

Oh, Thank the Twelve!
When we get that button, I'm going to pound the ever living snot out of it as a tank. (To remove those annoying pre-pull Regens)
