You are all sorts of aggressive huhNever is a strong word miss. Guessing "tower" is Spire, You sure don't know how it can be strong. If you don't wanna spend your RR it, either use imediately or Spread. This gets inside the case I told you earlier that Royal Roading before having Spread minimizes your possibilities, specially on four man content. Guess what, the DRK would be pretty happy with a Spire.
If you deslike RNG that much, stop playing Astro is always an option you know.
Tower????!!!???

Yes. The TP Regen card name in English is Spire. As a word, Spire is sort of synonymous to Tower, just a bit fancier word.
And in your scenario I'd either put it in hold to cast on the tank after taking changes with next card, cast it on ta k right away (yes, it uses the increased effect but by the time good card drops there might be something else good in RR) or RR it to get spread, hoping next card offers something that's good to spread. As with card games, I can't plan ahead to have cards I want, instead I need to plan and replan with cards I have, changing plans on the fly to adapt to the situation.

Cleric stance simply needs to be automatically removed whenever a healing spell is cast. I find it's VERY easy to forget this is turned on when heavy healing is needed...

Not that hard. Select a couple times, move the D-pad to the desired buff, click X. It's easy when you practice. With all the noob regen-before-pull healers nowadays, practice is in no short supply.
When you draw The Bole, canceling a Royal Road Spread buff, keeps it in full effect if only the tank needs to have damage reduction. Casting The Bole would have wasted the buff anyways and made the card less effective. I play with a mouse and Gamepad. ;-; There's one reason.
