    The way I see it, real issue is enmity. I dont think anyone think PLD should have exact dmg as WAR. But that gap turns into a canyon due to enmity difference of the two jobs.

    PLD to maintain enmity has to constantly use RoH. And often will never apply GB to all targets simply due to the burden of maintaining enmity. WAR on other hand can 100% tank dungeon in DPS stance. That the equivalence of a PLD removing RoH off his hotbar. So I dont think method of reducing WAR potency is the right answer. But instead make it so that WAR is required to jump into tank stance to build up enmity.

    Obvious way you do this is to cause Deliverance to reduce all enmity generated. Perhaps even completely removing enmity generation from Fell Cleave and Decimation.

    From a design point this makes sense. Deliverance was meant was a complex skill that required you to intelligently stance dance constantly during a fight. Currently thats not the case for most content and WAR permently stays in delieverance. If Healer cant perma stay in Cleric Stance, the same expectation should be put on WAR.
