Ladon -_-, please take your war and try to do this in one single try, before you say no skill is involved.
I am a war and i can tell ya he is awesome,
after you can tell war have good dps and good survivability because you can't do this with a pld,, but common don't tell there nos skill involved, just try yourself and tell me how much try you count before make this happen....
To me not every war can make this, just the very good one.

I'll just be here waiting for a DRK or PLD to solo Titan Ex.

The only reason the other classes can't do that is because of the heal difference.Even then Paladin might stil be able to pull it off all be it a lot slower.This video should seem impressive but it really isn't for many reasons.It's unsynced,The person is in full ilvl200-210 gear.Dunno about jewelry but probbaly melded to hell and back which most of us can't afford.On top of that they had the highest lvl of echo available which is just cheap.If they'd done it unsynced withouth the echo i might have a slight bit of rspect for them as a fellow Warrior.

The way I see it, real issue is enmity. I dont think anyone think PLD should have exact dmg as WAR. But that gap turns into a canyon due to enmity difference of the two jobs.

PLD to maintain enmity has to constantly use RoH. And often will never apply GB to all targets simply due to the burden of maintaining enmity. WAR on other hand can 100% tank dungeon in DPS stance. That the equivalence of a PLD removing RoH off his hotbar. So I dont think method of reducing WAR potency is the right answer. But instead make it so that WAR is required to jump into tank stance to build up enmity.

Obvious way you do this is to cause Deliverance to reduce all enmity generated. Perhaps even completely removing enmity generation from Fell Cleave and Decimation.

From a design point this makes sense. Deliverance was meant was a complex skill that required you to intelligently stance dance constantly during a fight. Currently thats not the case for most content and WAR permently stays in delieverance. If Healer cant perma stay in Cleric Stance, the same expectation should be put on WAR.

How do you think that this is relevant? Tanks, or any job, aren't balanced around soloing Titan EX (or anything, for that matter).
