This is why /voteabandon can't be used at the start of an instance, /votekick has a cooldown and /withdrawing more than a few times or being the first to /leave results in a Finder lockout. Also I really don't get what people are worried about. I've run 100s of dungeons, trials and guildhests and fewer than 1% have any issues. Maybe even fewer than .1%. Even when people struggle the worst that typically happens is someone abandons and we get a slot re-filled. And it is RARE.
