Black ears as a features for Miqo'te Male

Hello there,

As it's the right place to talk about what we like and would want to happen in this game, I would like to talk about the black ears some Miqo'te male's haircut have.
THEY DO LOOK COOL.
So why couldn't we have those black ears on any haircut by placing the option on the features such as the Taru darkened nose for Lalafell ?

Digging this up because I definitely want this and it should already be a thing. Why even bother making male Miqos ears black if it's only for 4 haircuts?

I actually don't understand either, I ended to think that there might be some lore around this, like for the marking being more apparent over time, but it makes even less sense to me to limitate this to only 4 haircuts.
