I was already having the 3 and 4 stars master book for every crafting classes since the launch of Heavensward and since the launch of the extension I don't have access to the Tremor recipes, thus I cannot craft any of the weapon recipes.
I still have access to the other recipes from the 3 stars and 4 stars books, only the Tremor are missing.
I asked some friends and I found nobody else experiencing this bug though all of them got their Master books after the launch of Heavensward.
